Black/unresponsive/white screen/overheating when charging

My fitbit versa 3 is 18-24 months old. I recently got a new screen because apparently it was exposed to heat. So I just got it back only then the screen went white so I tried rebooting it but it didn't work. So I tried charging it to help the reboot only when I went to check on it the fitbit was really hot and the white screen won't turn of and the fitbit hasn't vibrated once.

Hi @Burdy232 where did you get a new screen as Fitbit doesn't do repairs on these devices? You should check with whoever did your repair to see what their take is on it.

I took it to ubreakifix

Thanks @Burdy232 I've never heard of them. Even if you were under warranty, repairs invalidate it. Try asking ubreakifix and let them know. Surely you have some sort of guarantee that their repair works. Since they had to remove the old screen to replace the new, something may have come loose inside that you can't see.
