Hi,

 

My Fitbit Versa 2 is showing black/white static at random intervals.

 

I've turned on/off which show the Fitbit circular diamond 'as normal', when I turn back on it goes back to static. I've also factory reset it from managing to see the words barely. I removed from my app/reinstalled. If I leave for a while sometimes it goes off, but then returns static again. HELP! I've only have 1 year 3 months and looked after it! This has to be a software issue if it's intermittent. 

 

Not impressed for what is relatively new model. Any help please
