Second day using Fitbit Versa and I have a blank screen, it has a full charge, and it is still vibrating when I get notifications. I tried factory reset, and all it is doing is flashing a blank screen. What else can I do?

Hi, are you by any chance using a third party Clock Face or Versa's default one. In the last case, I would contact Customer Support as it is brand new. Good luck.

I did use the clock where you could put a picture on the screen, do you
think that’s what caused it?
I contacted customer service and am getting a replacement, because it never
turned back on. But if that was the case I don’t wanna make the same
mistake again!

Hi, good to read that you'll get a replacement. Regarding your question if I think that your Clock Face is/was the cause of your troubles, my answer is "yes". It's a well known fact that certain third party CF, just as you used, can cause these kind of problems due to incompatability with the new Firmware version .30. I'm aware of three third party CF that work flawlesly with the new version: "Classic", "Minimal Analog" and "Minimal". They are all three small in size and very simple. It's my personal opinion that the busier and the more data are on the CF causes more problems than the simple ones. Good luck and enjoy your new Versa!!
