My verse lite is totally black screened. Tried letting it go flat and charging fully. Its up to date. Help

Have you tried a restart by holding the button until it vibrates?
You haven't mentioned if the tracker is still syncing.
I've also moved your question out of android support into Versa support

Yes, I've tried all of the recommendations and it's not synching because there is nothing on the screen and it's not collecting data
