I updated my device while charging a couple of days ago. Since then the screen has gone black and does not turn on. I have tried restarting the device, changing the clock face, turning Bluetooth on and off but nothing seems to work. My fitbit is still syncing and vibrates when I push the side button. Does anyone know how I can get the screen back on?

Restart the watch with the button
If that fails inform Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you as it was directly related to the update.
