Hi,
I pressed side button and a blocked sign came up on Fitbit Versa 2. I was required to change my pin.
I‘ve had no previous warning and hadn’t previously entered my pin incorrectly or let my watch run down to zero battery. It’s only a few days old. Has someone tried to hack me? If so, how? My watch has not been off my wrist?
I do not use my watch for Fitbit pay but no one would know that.
Anyone know if this is a sign of a hacking?
many thanks,

@Sarebear222 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for taking the time to share what you experienced with your Versa 2.
It's pretty weird that your watch required you to change the PIN when you pressed the side button. When you're about to buy something and authorize a payment, it will ask you for the PIN. Please ensure that you have done this procedure to set Fitbit Pay on your watch.
Since you mentioned that you don't use Fitbit Pay, you may want to change the left button shortcut to avoid any inconvenience with Fitbit Pay.
Additionally, you may want to check these articles Updates to the Fitbit Privacy Policy and Our Continued Commitment To Data Privacy and Security.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
