How do I turn on the blood oxygen levels on my Fitbit Versa 2 while sleeping? I have updated the app and synced my watch

Hello @Seanmahon it should have been turned on by Fitbit. 

May I ask if you received a sleep score? If not, then you won't see the EOV.

Hi @Seanmahon, welcome to the community. 

 

Have you tried logging out and back into the fitbit app on your phone? The EOV chart should be in the sleep tile (for non premium users), and sleep tile - restoration (for premium users).
