I have the Versa 2 and pair it with Skullcandy Sesh ear buds. When paired with my iPhone 6, they play beautifully. When paired with the fitbit versa 2, the primary ear bud (in my right ear) sounds perfect. The secondary sounds low and garbled, especially when someone is singing. Not sure if it is just a compatibility issue with Skullcandy or all Bluetooth headphones.

Hi. I also recently bought the Skullcandy Sesh true wireless earbuds. They work perfectly when paired to my phone but when paired to my new Fitbit Versa 2, the one earbud works but the other distorts very badly. The earbuds cost a lot of money and I bought them so that I do not have to run with my phone as this is unsafe. By when will Fitbit have a Bluetooth update that will fix this kind of pairing bug? It cannot be that action is promised but it takes months to resolve the issue. I bought this Fitbit device two weeks ago and I have had various pairing problems which is extremely frustrating.

I experience the exact same thing. Tried almost everything I could think of and could find on the internet. I feel really bummed 😔. They work perfect with my phone and other devices. Tried the bluetooth headphone from my brother, also doesn't work. I hope they will find a solution soon. Playing music from it is one of the most important functions from it for me

The thing I also notice is when I try to adjust the volume on my watch while listening to music (the plus and minus sign on the screen) it only controls my right earbud.

Hi there.
I bought my versa 2 watch last week. And with it a very expensive set of skullcandy earbuds.
As with the others it works perfect connected to other devices but when paired with the versa the right buds sound is distorted badly.
I bought the versa2 specifically so that I dont need to carry my phone while running or at the gym but now it doesnt work.
I dont want to purchase other buds as I am very happy with skullcandys product.
Is there any update yet when the issue will be resolved with a firmware update or something?
I really enjoy fitbits products and we have 3 in the family.
Looking forward to your response.

I have the same issue, except I have the Fitbit Versa 1.
I have tried EVERYTHING! Nothing will work. Honestly, it’s kinda disappointing.
It took forever for me to even figure out how download the music on to the stupid Fitbit connect you’re forced to use on your desktop computer. On top of that, it took hours to transfer the music from the Fitbit connect to the actual versa watch.
And now that that is all done and over with, it doesn’t even work!
And then when you complain about it, you get the same answer that doesn't work.
It’s super frustrating. You spend a whole bunch of money on the watch only to find out that only some of the features work.
I’m sorry that you’re having the same issue as me and honestly, I doubt that it’s ever gonna be fixed.
