My versa developed blue lines running down the sides like pixel issues. Reset it did everything failed to get rid of them now a few days later it keeps jumping between screens erratically and will not read my heart rate or steps- pretty much a year to the day since it was purchased- fairly disappointing and have posted this on the forum but no response from Fitbit team 😳😳😳

Hi @JanineCul Have you contacted Support? Fitbit Support

If you have tried restarting it several times, and tried a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About) then there is nothing more you can do.

Thanks for the advice- it died pretty much totally today so off to purchase something else .... not a versa as clearly one year is not a great life span 😳😳

My Versa did the same as yours and then went totally black a couple of days ago, however now it is still able to be synced so there is still life inside....I am hoping to resurrect mine but if not I will go and buy another brand

Here’s hoping for you !! Mine has now had the three lights on the day which provides heart rate die and it constantly jumps between screens in an erratic manner 😳 I have reset it done everything possible but it is going to the bin and I will be purchasing another brand as a year of life is simply not good enough value for the cost
