Blue outline around Fitbit Versa 2 Screen and won’t turn on

I recently went swimming and I was wearing my Fitbit while swimming though I did not go any deeper than probably 12 feet with it on, after I was done swimming for the day it will not turn on, sync to my Fitbit app, or even vibrate when trying to hold power button. There has also been this weird blue outline around the screen and I don’t k ow what it is. Is there any fix for this?

Hi, @Quinnyy! Argh, that sounds frustrating. My best suggestion is to let it dry out for a few day, maybe try the bag of rice trick to help it dry out. Good luck!

Oh and another thing, I would probably avoid charging it until then, too, just to make sure that it doesn't get accidentally fried.
