Hello @Mnbassin, thank you for sharing this picture. I'm sorry to see you've been having trouble with the display. 

 

It is usually helpful to perform a restart whenever you have any inconvenience with the display; make sure that you've tried this procedure already. However, I've sent your information to the customer support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
