Bluetooth Connection between my Versa and phone

This is insanely frustrating my bluetooth connection wit my versa is horrible. I went to my phones bluetooth to connect wit the Versa Classic and on my watches Restore Music Control to do the same. At first for the watches Restore Music Controls it was set to 'off' which meant i had to click it twice for it to say 'pair' and connect to my phone but once it does after like 45 seconds it disconnects. I have restarted my phone, my watch, unpaired my watch, and even deleted the app and logged in again. But it still happens and it didn't do this at first. So yea thas my problem.

@ugly_alex, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is not connecting to your phone's Bluetooth. By the way, thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps that you mentioned before contacting our forums.

I have had MULTIPLE problems with my Fitbit Versa, and this is 1 of MANY issues! Won’t hold the correct time, had to do a factory reset, wouldn’t reconnect with my phone, and now THIS. This watch isn’t even a year old!!!

also now my watch is constantly restarting wo me laying a hand on it so thas great

The firmware update that dropped just over the last weekend has resolved
this issue for me.

lucky my watch restarts abt 5-15 times a day, the bluetooth constantly needs to be connected regardless of always connected or that other stuff being on, and i needa buy a new strap buh idek if ima do that bc i don wanna buy a 30 dollar strap for something thas not even working properly and this didnt even happen at first this started happening only a month and a half or so ago and iss irritating
