Bluetooth Headphones wont connect to Versa 2

For some reason my Bluetooth headphones wont connect to my Versa 2. It connects to other Bluetooth speakers in the house. But not my headphones. Any ideas how I might resolve this.

Make sure the headphones are not connected to any other device. 

What model headphone, some are known to have issues. Do a search for your model

Thanks for you reply.

They're definitely not Paired/Connected to another device.

The model is JVC HA-SBT5. It's possble that the headphones are the issue, as my wife's headphones connect without any issues. So maybe its time to replace them.
