I got a Versa for Christmas and was able to pair it no problem with my LG V30 and used it with no issue for about a day. Then I started having connection issues where my Versa would disconnect from my phone and I would have to go through and restart my Versa and the bluetooth on my phone before it would reconnect. After a couple days I couldnt get it to reconnect at all, getting a popup that said "Bluetooth Issues: If you're seeing this message for the first time, press "Cancel" and try again...." No matter what I tried it would not reconnect. So I tried unpairing the devices and repairing, except I could not pair them as I would get the same message. I tried a factory reset on the Versa as well and still no luck. I'm out of ideas at this point, but I really loved the device that first day so I would like some help so that I dont have to just return it.

Hi, just to be sure: is your LG a V30 or a Vu 3.0? This makes a hell of a difference. If you have the V30, this model is not yet supported by Fitbit as per the list of supported devices, explaining your syncing problems. The Vu 3.0 on the other hand is supported by Fitbit. This is a link to the page where you can find the supported devices (on the page scroll down to android devices, click that and scroll to LG): https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1. Keep a close watch to that page cause it might be that the V30 will be supported within a certain period. I had the same issue when I bought my new Mobile Device and having at that moment the Fitbit Ionic. My phone was not supported, so in principle useless, but I liked the Ionic and just waited and watched the list. Within two weeks it was supported by Fitbit and I could use my Ionic. So, all in all it's up to you if you want to wait or send it back.

Did you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and then re-installing the app? Sometimes a kick in the head is all the app needs.
And yes, the other poster is correct that your phone is not in the supported list but that does not mean it will not work as you discovered. My LG G6 worked from the start and is still not in this list.
