My bluetooth will no longer connect to my phone so I cannot sync it. The heart rate is waaaaay of and not accurate what so ever. I have factory reset this and nothing is fixed. I've only had this Fitbit for 2 weeks and am extremely disappointed.

Hi @deigerw  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

It's not just the syncing that is the issue. The heart rate is waaaaay to high that it doesn't make sense.

I am having the exact same issue with the hr. I’m usually in the 50s and it’s putting me in the 120s just sitting here

After a factory reset has been done, the tracker needs to be setup as if it was recently purchased before the user will be able to sync.

We might still need to fix the non sync issue before we can setup the tracker.

Just a note about removing a non syncing tracker from a users account. This will only add more problems.

@deigerw  I realise there are more problems than syncing. But syncing needs to be sorted out first, then we can look at other issues.
