Hello,
I am having bluetooth connectivity issues with my Versa and my three Amazon devices (one dot, two echos. Honestly I am about to send the two Versa's I got back and go back to using my Alta HR. The only reason I bought new fitbits was to be able to stream music to my Amazon devices!
Issue 1:
- It does not play the songs it is supposed to. I have a playlist with 9 songs. It will play four of them. The other five when I select them, it shows it is playing that song, but it is actually playing one of the other four. So not playing what I selected
Issue 2:
- I connect to a speaker, I start the music, no sound. I have paired and repaired all three speakers multiple times. On two of them (the dot, and one of the Echo's) it will occasionally work after a re-pairing. On the third, it immediately disconnects as soon as I start the music, so has never worked.
And these issues are after the multiple issues I had transferring the music to begin with, since I had to re-code half of the mp3s I wanted to transfer so that they would be compatible file types.
Seems like this product was rushed to market and is simply not ready. It has been extremely frustrating getting it to do what it is supposed to be able to do.
Any insights would be appreciated. I have reset the bluetooth after getting a bluetooth issue notification, and I have done a hard reset.

@dodgingwrenches My advice would be to check if your Versa works with other BT audio devices, e.g. other BT speakers. If it does, not much can be done I guess. Regarding songs, if you had to do manual conversion on so many files, perhaps there was an error? All files have to be DRM-free as well.

I tried pairing it with my car today and it didnt work, saw the car, but couldnt pair. What does DRM free mean?

@dodgingwrenches It won't pair with the car. You need to use earbuds or a speaker. DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. If you bought digital content online, especially some time ago, there's a good chance it's DRM-protected. DRM content can be played only on authorized devices.
