Bluetooth headphones disconnecting constantly from Versa.

My Versa connects to blue tooth headphones, but while out running, the connection will go in and out.  It is very annoying.  I bought the Versa because I did not want to run with my phone.  Please advise. Thanks.

Hello @Woptradr, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, if your headphones keep dropping the connection with your Versa, I would like to suggest you to try the following steps in order:

  1. Remove the headphones by going to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth. Select your headphones and remove them.
  2. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  3. Restart your headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  4. Set up the headphones again:
    1. On your watch, open the Settings app.
    2. Tap Bluetooth.
    3. Tap + Audio Device.
    4. When the watch finds your headphones, tap on them and wait for them to be paired.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for the reply.  The headphones stay connected, but the audio goes in and out.  When at home everything works fine, but while out on a run is when I have the problem.

Hello @Woptradr, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to wear your Versa on your other wrist, this way, the Versa will be on the same side where the headphones emit the Bluetooth signal. Try it and let us know if this changes anything or if you're still experiencing this issue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
