Ya I'm not putting down the watch though, it works for everything else. But... I dropped $75 on black web earbuds and they dont connect. They work on everything else perfectly. It just pisses me off a bit. I uploaded 200 song and cant use them. But the cheap $20 ones work but only last about 2 hours. It sucks

Fitbit Versa paired with JBL Endurance PEAK headphones

These 2 products pair up easily and successfully.  However, when testing my 1st song, the music came thru at a slightly higher pitch on the left earbud.  Then after 1-2 seconds, the left earbud stopped playing altogether.  I worked with JBL Support trying a number of solutions.  But after about 40 min, they suggested I take them back to Best Buy Inc.  Best Buy gave me a new pair of headphones to try.  At home, after another good pairing effort - the same situation occurred.

Are these products simply incompatible?  I like the headphones - 1st pair of wireless buds I've ever owned that stayed in place.  I like the Versa too - has so many nice features.  But would really like this function to work.

Hi Lenny, I have a new pair of 1more stylish earbuds, I can see them on my ionic, but when I pair it seems like it is trying to pair but then does nothing, I have tried the mentioned steps with no luck. Any advice would be great.

A far as I can see you can only pair these ear buds to one thing at a time, so I had to unpair from my phone and then they worked with my Versa. That's a bit tedious but there it is.

Thanks for the response, I have tried that, I get to the pairing screen in the picture below then it doesn't actually pair!

Well, that’s me stumped now I’m afraid.  It took me way too long to get to the single device pairing idea! Sorry.
All these wee problems eat our lives away. Sometimes I wonder about progress.

I just bought a pair of Sony ear buds (WF-1000xm3) and it didn't work well with my Versa, it would cut on an off every 2 minutes when I was at the gym yesterday. I ended up using my phone for music and that worked perfect. Anyone have these ear buds and experiencing the same issue or have a remedy for this?

I got my Fitbit Versa Lite today and the bluetooth options did not show in the settings app .

After having done theses steps i go to  Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > but then i doesnt show the "+Audio Device" option and therefore i cannot pair to my headphones. Additionally after a while the bluetooth disappears again from the Settings menu and i have to reboot the watch over and over again.

Can i solve this? otherwise i have to return it.

Hello, I can't pair my headphones with fitbit versa 2, even after all the instruction you gave.

Can this device have a problem with that?

How can I solve it?

Thank you

I recently got bluetooth buds. Only one side of those buds is pairing the other side played for 2 seconds only and it just shut. It's no happening when I connect with my phone, the buds are working perfectly fine. But with the watch only one bud is playing music

Hello, I have followed all the instructions and my versa still won't connect. It shows it available, but when I tap to connect, it says connection failed. I don't know what else to do...

Btw, it used to work before but after one of the software updates, it was removed from my fitbit and now will not pair again.

To Karmalita:   I don't have a great answer.  My guess is that some earbud brands are compatible with Versa, others are not.  My first several sets (JBoss, Sony) would pair up fine, but quit playing after a couple seconds.  My 3rd pair (from JLab) have been working great for almost a year now.  My advice is to keep trying:  the Versa is a fine Fitbit watch.

After fully troubleshooting it turns out that is was a device issue and
replacement on the way.

Thanks for the support

My Bluetooth earphones connect and work with my iPhone. I’ve done everything at least ( times as described in troubleshooting...the headphones have connected with my Versa, but then cut out and it won’t pair.

The attraction was f having music on the versa was the MAIN REASON for buying this tracker; to run outside and leave my (large) phone at home!!

Big disappointment! I see many others having the same issue - dating back to at least 2 years! C’mon Fitbit you are haemorrhaging customers and killing your business whilst pissing off those of us who bought into the company. Not good enough.

That's complete BS...

Bluetooth is completely backwards compatible... 5.0 will easily work with even 3.0... That's for sure not the reason why it doesn't work, please get your facts right before spreading completely false information.
