I have found this versa a major pain in the backside to set up ,I have put music on and now cant listen to it as these wont sync ,does anyone know why some don't sync ?also what headphones do work that don't cost over hundred pound .

That's complete BS...

Bluetooth is completely backwards compatible... 5.0 will easily work with even 3.0... That's for sure not the reason why it doesn't work, please get your facts right before spreading completely false information.

No your BS and I have my **ahem** straight. I've purchased 3 different types of head phones and my black web ear buds dont work on the fit bit versa. Both my sons have the same ear buds as I do and the wont pair. So get your head out of your **ahem** and dont talk **ahem**. I'm not a child for christ sakes. I've dealt with bluetooth for quite awhile. It shows up that it will pair but all it does is spin on the watch for 10 min then stop. All sets of black web ear buds do this. I dont troll online to give bad reviews. The cheap ear bid connect and the over priced apple ones do but the $75-$150 black webs I tried and have dont.

That's what I'm saying. That andrew guys a tool and has no idea what he is talking about. I'm not putting down the versa but I've tried to pair it with both my sons blackweb ear buds and mine. No such luck, just spinning like it wants to connect but nothing happens. They work with other types of blue tooth but not the black web types I use and I dont use the cheap ones

I agree with some of the ladies you spend a lot of money on these fitbit products. And you get nothing but disappointment I have done these steps over and over and over and it says nap not connected so I guess I'm gonna send this one back because I'm not going out and buying me a new said a headphones

This was super helpful. More precise than I expected. I thought I would go through a long scroll before I see a soothing response. This worked perfectly for me.

Thank you
