Hi! I have the Skullcandy Hesh 3 wireless headphones and the used to connect perfectly to my Versa. However now when I try to connect they infinitely pair. I can connect other devices to the headphones and the Versa will recognize other headphones

Hello @Enderking407, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you removed your Bluetooth headphones from the Versa Settings before trying to pair them again? Also, make sure that if your headphones have been paired with a phone or another device and if that device is around, they will not connect unless you turn off the Bluetooth on that specific device before trying to pair them to the Versa.

Now, at this moment I would like to suggest you remove the headphones from the Settings on the Versa, then restart the watch by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and then try to pair the headphones back by putting them in pairing mode.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
