Bluetooth issue not svncing with phone

Bluetooth & phone does not stay synced, ten can't connect even with Bluetooth on.

1 to 3 days works, then frustrations sets in trying to reconnect, to keep from restarting setup, looking a lot of my data and progress.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
