Bluetooth not connecting & Spotify won't DL

All software is utd. Versa is UTD. I'm using an LGG8. It's UTD as well. Bluetooth is showing Versa paired to to the LG's Bluetooth but won't connect. I've tried uninstalling the fitbit app. I've tried deleting my versa. Uninstalling Versa. Turning off Bluetooth & resetting the LG. 

 

As far as Spotify is concerned, Versa is UTD & Spotify is UTD. Phone is UTD. Fitbit app is UTD. Still won't let me install Spotify.

  • It’s asking me check for updates regarding the credit but I have Spotify Premium, already paying for it. Install button is grayed out.
