I have beats that can't be found by the versa, even though its next to it, also my Samsung tab2 can't find my versa.
There should be away to shut down the versa and start it up again. I haven't tried this yet, but will try it.

Think I might do a factory reset, as I was able to connect before the update. Now it's not working. The shutdown doesn't work. I unpaired some headphones and now theywont connect either now.

I believe that the fitbit are accepting the in ear ones, but any type that are over ear then they are not for some reason. I have messaged customer support on Twitter. Hope they help.
I have connected some in ear ones, but don't want those ones. They need to update the fitbit to allow these.

I have now found that if you hold the on/off button it actually works and have now managed to connect them to my versa. It might be the same with the bose headphones.
