Hi all
I had the recent update from Versa and all seemed well, but it wouldn't connect sleep with my Versa. Eventually after trying everything I could think of, I did a factory reset and then reset it all. Now it won't pair with Bluetooth so of course, I can't get sleep details or notifications. I haven't even tried music!!

@Judlepip Phone model and OS? Also, did you remove Versa from your Paired Devices list in your phone's bluetooth settings and from your Fitbit account (Fitbit mobile app)? If you didn't, please do it, reboot your phone, and since you have already wiped Versa, you need to set it up again by adding as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app. Do not forget to put it in the charging dock near your router.
