I have tried to sync my Fitbit today and the Bluetooth appears to have failed. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Can anyone help?

Contact customer service. If your watch is under warranty, tell them what you have done. They may have suggestions for you. If that does not correct the problem, tell them you want a replacement. They will send you a new face. You will need to use your current strap and cradle. The warranty is only good for exactly one year, even if you continue to have problems.
