I received and set up my Versa last Sunday. Beginning Thursday (4 days later) my Fitbit will suddenly not sync. I'm getting a continuous "Restart Bluetooth" error. I have selected to restart Bluetooth several times, and it does, but continues to not be able to connect. My Bluetooth continues to operate fine as I have tested it on my phone with other devices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my app and have restarted my Versa. I am frustrated that I'm already having issues with a brand new device after 4 days of use.
Best AnswerHi, asked this to see whether Fitbit supports your device and it does support it. Did you already perform a factory reset of the Versa? Press and hold all three buttons untill Fitbit logo flashes or, if that's not the case, press and hold the buttons for about 15 secs and then release the right lower button. When you feel a strong vibration release the other buttons. If this does not work, repeat the entire procedure.
Best AnswerIn case you enabled more then one device to sync, you might get this issue too if both devices are in range of the Versa. In that case, remove the sync from the other devices.
I had the problems when mij iPhona and iPad were configured to sync, and syncing was perfectly fine after removing the sync on the iPad.
Best AnswerI did a factory reset and it's working fine for now. I fully expect it to stop working again at this point and I'll reach out to support when it does. I'm very disappointed that I had to factory reset something and lose three days worth of data on something that had been in use 4 days (and cost what it does).
I did not have it set up to sync to any other device.
