I have been wearing my Fitbit all day and I looked down at a notification and saw blurred vertical lines on my Fitbit. It still syncs, but the display isn’t functioning. Any tips on what’s up with this?

Hours later, my Fitbit completely blacked out and stopped tracking and syncing.  It died!

I called customer support. I was emailed a list of troubleshooting options. None of them worked.

Called back the same day was sent replacement link for replacement or 50% off a new model.

Thank God I was still under warranty.

Hello and welcome @kristidove

I see your Fitbit’s display has a blurred lines on it. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit? You won’t lose data doing this. You can see how it’s done here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
