Body fat percentage

I have not been able to see what my body fat percentage is, can someone guide me? I set a goal but don’t know what it currently is.

If you use the Aria or Aria 2 scales, they get a body fat % and load it automatically.  Otherwise you probably won't know unless you get it measured some other way.  It's there as a field for people who know it, but I expect most never use it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for your response. I didn’t realize that I have to buy a smart scale but I guess that makes sense, just wish they weren’t so expensive, thanks
