I have been using bose wireless for a few years with different fitbits and never had problems with the sound. I just got the new Bose sport earbuds and the left side doesn't play music correctly. After many tries the only solution seams to be to reset the earbuds every time I want to connect them to my fitbit versa 2 classic. It's not practical for many reasons and not doable when running. Since this only happens when connected to the fitbit versa 2 and not the phone or any other device the problem could be from the fitbit software. I am returning the bose tomorrow but I am afraid the next earbuds will work just as bad with the fitbit versa 2. Please help!! Anyone else using the Bose Sport Earbuds with no problems. Can someone from Fitbit inform me if fitbit is compatible or not with the new Bose sport earbuds?

Hi @Monika-L, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 and also check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be here if you have any additional questions.

Hi, Ricardo,
I just got the second bose sport earbuds and the problems remains the same. I know now the problem is incompatibility with the two products. They sync well enough and the bose doesn't have any sound problem when synced and connected to any other device, just with the fitbit. I tried everything that would work with my sportsound many, many times but nothing worked. Since I can't return my versa 2 and nobody seams to have any answer for this new product, I will be returning the new bose but people should know about incompatibility issues with these two products.
