Bose soundsport won't pair with Versa 2

Hi, I've been trying to get my Bose wireless headphones (sound sport) to pair with my Versa 2 but have been unsuccessful. My Versa can't seem to locate when trying to add "audio device". It seems to pick up my TV but that's it. Any guidance and/or solutions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@LL2020 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa not detecting your headphones. Have you used these headphones with your phone? If this is the case then please go to the bluetooth settings on your phone and removed the headphones from there. After this restart your Versa 2 and retry pairing your headphones. Make sure no other bluetooth devices (like your phone or a tablet) are nearby so they don't interfere with the pairing process and have the headphones in pairing mode.

Let me know how it goes.

I've basically the same problem but my bose soundsport headphone was working perfect with my Versa 2 while ago. But idk what happened and now I keep trying to connect each other but unsuccessfuly i can not.

The versa 2 recognize mu headphone but when I click to pair I keep seem the screen saying connecting and the blue circle running in the middle. My headphone keep saying read to connect and my watch keep the screen on this blue circle running.

Ive already tried everything.

I restarted my watch, i deleted the app...nothing make it works again.

Im desperate cos I need music to run.

Any guidance and/or solutions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I've just had a very frustrating 60 minutes trying to pair my soundsport to my versa 2 (admittedly I'm a technophobe & thesis my first fitbit/smart watch!).  Finally managed it by disconnecting my earbuds from my phone.  My versa 2 then paired immediately.
