I bought a brand new Fitbit versa in May 2020. After about 40 days of use, suddenly one day it started flickering in the evening. After that that tapped with buttons, it started to show a shaky display and then the next morning the display went completely white..!!
I checked Fitbit community help site, one advice said to keep fully charged overnight and then perform hard reset using all the 3 buttons. I did exactly that, no change... screen did not function.! I took it off of the charge and let it discharge completely.
After 2 days, I set it for full recharge, it won't charge..!! completely bricked...!! it has been 2-3 weeks I'm unable to use it..!
Note:- This is not the first time Fitbit died on me the first Fitbit died after about 20 months of use and the second one after less than 2 months
It is very disappointing !!
