Hi all, I just bought clock face FROM green developers, but unfortunately none of the clock are downlandable for my watcg (fitbit Versa) 

In the ad, didn't warn about only for certain series. 

Do you have any similar problem like this? Is this kind a scam? How can I report them. And get my money back

@46u5kw - It’s not a scam. I have purchased clock faces in the past. When you open the Fitbit app on your phone and go to Account > Versa > Clock Faces > My Device ... do you see the problem clock face listed? If so, it should list contact info for the developer.
