Help!

 

I'm trying to figure out how to update the fitbit Versa. I did read a lot of articles here but nothing helped so far. Also on the help centre with "why can't I update my fitbit" etc. not helpful! 

 

So far I tried:

 

Re-connect Wifi and Bluetooth, both working fine

Delete and re-instal the fitbit app on my IPhone 6s

Connect with USB to my computer and open dashboard

 

I cannot find any "pink" or "grey" button which says update.

 

What to do and how can I fix it with not to much trouble and difficult Tech instructions? 😉

Also, IPhone is up-to-date and fitbit was in charger the whole time. Fitbit app also up-to-date.
