Hi got new versa starting it is a problem

Asking to update software tried enough for 4-5 hours can't achieve 

I am under WiFi 

Bluetooth connectivity issues and other issues

Plz help me start my watch

I bought my Versa yesterday. It has been updating for hours, and still updating. I've tried Wi-Fi and 4G. Bluetooth on/off. No change. It's still updating. I would sure like to use it. Any help out there?
