Bought used versa - shows 11 floors climbed after reset

I bought a Versa from someone today. It had a factory reset done. When I got everything connected, it said 11 floors climbed even though I had not been wearing it. Also, my iphone health app (that one that comes on all iphones) also shows 11 flights but even fitbit told me that these 2 apps (health and fitbit) don’t talk to each other. How do I trust the accuracy if there are already issues day 1 after a reset?

Update - once I actually climbed stairs, it reset the watch and the fitbit app. I guess it was possibly coincidence that the health app said the same thing.

Either that, or they both experienced the same fluctuation in air pressure. Using air pressure to count changes in altitude, while it is still the best man has developed, due to the fluctuating atmosphere it is not always correct.
