Bought versa yesterday, already facing sync issue

Hello Fitbit community,

 

I bought fitbit versa yesterday

 

Tried to pair with my G6 and worked well for couple hours.

 

When I wake up the next morning, my app does not allow me to sync with my versa. Smiley Sad

 

Any help? I tried turn off manually, and tried to on and off bluetooth.

 

Please help me from this.

Unfortunately I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List so they may be the cause of some of your problems. However I have heard of cases where the G6 has been used pretty successfully.

Try this

Restart your tracker at least three times in a row.

Then go to Bluetooth Settings on your phone and unpair the tracker, turn off bluetooth and restart your phone. Turn bluetooth back on and try syncing again, making sure there are NO other bluetooth devices within range, or they are switched off.
