Today, I received my third Fitbit device in the mail. I have grown to get new for its as mine age out and the screens finally die on me. Today I received a Versa 2, only to find out that the screen is non responsive to anything and barely even works when on the charger. It is fully charged and was able to connect to my phone only to immediately stop working. I contacted support only for them to suggest a factory reset, which I had already tried. The button does not work no matter how long I hold it down and I cannot get the Fitbit screen to work no matter what I do! Did I receive a faulty device straight out of the box, or am I missing something?
