I unboxed my brand new Versa 2 yesterday and setup according to the app. Once the set up was almost finished, I was unable to follow the directions on the screen because my fitbit would not swipe down. it was stuck at the instruction to swipe down to see notifications. I have looked at some of the posts here and followed the instructions to restart it, checked if I had the recommended clock face. I can't have changed this because it is brand new, i had glitches even before the setup was complete. Restarting the device has now enabled me to see the clock screen, but I cannot do more than this. It still won't swipe up or down for me.

Mine is stuck on wallet. Set up wallet and I don’t want to.

Hi @ChaiSam - try long press the button to get to Quick Settings and check that Always On and Sleep are disabled and Wrist wake is enabled.
If that doesn't resolve it the watch could be faulty, take it back for a new one (via refund) or you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi @Bridgitte - press and hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to restart.
In the watch settings configure the button shortcuts to something else.

I tried it. It’s just stuck on set up wallet. I even tried deleting the wallet on my mobile device.
