I bought a Fitbit Versa last year, and it broke a few weeks ago. Customer support was very helpful and replaced it with a new device. I have had the replacement device for 3 days now, and it has already died twice. I charged it to 100% the first day I got it at around 7pm, and the next morning at about 10am it was completely dead. So I charged it then at about 12pm, and the next day it is dead at about 6pm. It connects to my iPhone XR and I do have all day sync turned on, but my old Versa had all day sync (as well as a lot of extra apps) and always lasted 4-5 days on a charge. The new Versa also has one of the most basic Fitbit provided watch faces. I love the features of the newer Fitbits, but the quality of the devices is getting kind of pitiful.
