Hi All. I was sent a replacement Fitbit Versa as my old one died while still under warranty. I’ve fully charged it twice now and both times it hasn’t even lasted a day and a half. It’s supposed to be brand new and last 4+ days. I haven’t used any of the special features, just literally put it on my wrist. It is not automatically syncing, I’m not using it for music or payment, just monitoring steps and heartbeat. Any recommendations aside from sending it back and asking for a new one. Maybe they sent me a secondhand one? My previous one lasted almost 5 days before needing to be charged doing the exact same things as I’m doing now. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
