Brand new Versa 2 doesn't hold its charge

Just purchased my second Versa 2, and it doesn't hold its charge. I have disabled the Alexa app in the hopes that will help, but it didn't. The charge doesn't even last a full day. My previous Versa 2 lasted 2 or 3 days.

Mine is the same. Does not now hold charge for Norge than 10 hours. Used to be about 4 days. This has happened I. The last week. Cannot get hold from anyone from Fitbit. Terrible customer service
