Brand new Versa 2 hasn't updated to latest firmware

I set up my brand new fitbit versa 2 on Saturday morning and I still not received the notification to update to the latest firmware. This means I still can not download the sp02 clock face. I was told it would take between 24- 72 hours to update but still nothing.

It does usually take 24-72 hours @Sophz1   It’s a shame it hasn’t arrived yet. You can reach out to Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. They may continue to tell you to wait but it worth a try to reach out to them.
