Brand new Versa 2 will not power on

Versa 2 arrived this morning. Been on Charge for 5 hrs and Fitbit logo appears when in cradle but nothing when I try an switch on. Judging by amount of issues should I get my money back

And no, it doesn’t vibrate when it’s places on charge and I’ve fried another usb adapter
