Brand new Versa, battery won't last 8 hours

I work 12 hour nights, so I started charging my watch at 14:20 this afternoon, and left it on the charger until about 16:30. It is now 20:30, and it already down to 50%...

All-day sync is turned off.

Hello @AgentMohsen and welcome to the Help forums.  Sounds like a bad battery.  I think you should contact Support for more help.

Maybe, I am resting to factory right now to have it be nice and clean and
100% battery. If the battery doesn't last me until Tuesday or Wednesday,
I'll bring it back to Costco and swap it out for a new one.
