Brand new Versa not detectable in Fitbit connect and won’t start

Hi, last 4 days I am trying to get my brand new versa to get connected to the app but I can’t seem to find the versa option in Fitbit connect.  The UX so far has been painful!!

Hello @AdilLimbuwalla and welcome to the Help forums.  I'm sorry, but you can't set up a Versa 2 with Fitbit Connect.  You need a compatible compatible Android or iPhone/iPad.
