Hello.
I purchased my Versa 24 hrs ago and it has not registered a single step on my watch. This is why I purchased the unit. I have tried restarting the device with no help.
Any suggestions?

You may wish to try a full factory reset. Be sure to remove your Versa from your account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth settings before doing this.
Failing this, I would recommend getting in touch with customer support.
