Brand new Versa not working. Please help.

I won a new Versa last night at a holiday party and I put it on the charger this morning. It’s been on the charger for a few hours now and isn’t showing me the percentage. If I double tap the screen it shows the symbol with different languages flashing below, and If I double tap again it goes black. I’ve tried holding buttons and changing where I charge it. I don’t know what else to do, please help.

Hi @Seneuss , the symbol of the different languages means that your Versa is not setup yet to a/your mobile device, it's still a brand new watch with no OS on it. After performing the setup the Fitbit OS will be downloaded and installed on your Versa and you will see the % when charging. Regards kuzibri

Ok I did that and it’s been on for about 40ish minutes but still says 0% battery. How long will it take?

Hi @Seneuss , it should be more than 30% now. Maybe a stupid question: did you put your Versa in the charger and connected toPC via USB? If yes, try another USB port of a wall outlet with a certified adapter. Regards kuzibri

I have tried two different adapters and my laptop. It’s also says WiFi not found, but I’m assuming that’s because it has to be 25% charged before you can set that up.

Still 0%. After trying all the options, I’m being sent a new one.

When you plug the Versa in to charge, did you feel a vibration?

No, I didn’t even know it was supposed to vibrate.
