Brand new Versa will not charge

Brand new just out of Box.. Did all i  was told to. Read all reveiws.and tecs replys ...Nothing worked. Seems there are MANY problems with the charger Not sure if i am going to keep this.

Now i have to go back to rhe store.

Boooo

@Abbeymaysmama Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging. Try charging it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter even if you don't see any activity on the screen. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.

 Tried all these things. But i found if i turn it over and charge it upside down it will charge.
