Brand new Versa won’t charge.

Brand new, out of the box and won’t charge. I’ve not even managed the initial setup as there wasn’t enough battery life to complete it. I’ve tried the factory reset procedure described in other posts and have tried pressing the device into the charging cradle to ensure it’s making contact. Is there anything else I can try?

@BobGoo Is it entirely dead, or does it have any battery left? Try wiping the charging contacts on your Versa with some alcohol and plug it for charging to the USB port on your computer.
