Brand new Versa won't set-up

I bought a brand new Versa from Best Buy last night.  I have fully charged it and have tried several times to set it up.  The app shows that the device has been found and then shows the screen to enter the code that should show up on the Versa screen, but it does not.  The Versa screen remains at the initial set-up screen.  I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions with no luck.  I just switched from a Blaze to the Versa.

Hi, read this article how to setup your Versa. Click the link and then "Trackers and Watches".

@mandabl It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the setup issues that your Versa is experiencing.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa could be set up after following the instructions that shared @SunsetRunner!

Thanks for the help. I tried all of that with still no luck. I returned
that Versa and got a new one. The new one has no issues at all I think
that first one has something wrong with it.
